“My husband and I moved to Beacon and bought the cheapest house :) After starting to work on the house we got the building department stop the work :(. They said that we needed an architect to first draw out the plans. We didn't plan for it, so we were freaked out looking for an architect who would do a quick turn around and for a decent price. We contacted few architects iand we decided to go with Jon as he gave us the quickest turnaround time and a good price.
Long story short, we contacted him on Wed and Saturday he was onsite measuring things, we had preliminary drawings ready for us within that following week. He understood exactly what we wanted, and advised on some issues that help us think ahead.
With in 2 weeks we filed the drawings to get a buildings permit. He was so kind to send all the drawings to the guys at the building department.
